I think there is something, more important than believing: Action! The world is full of dreamers, there aren't enough who will move ahead and begin to take concrete steps to actualize their vision.

The dreams I only thought about, are the ones I took no action on, well they are still dreams. But the ones that I took action on, they are now a reality.

SO Do not wait for extraordinary circumstances to do good action; try to use ordinary situations. You see, in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough! You must take action.

Monastic life and non monastic life.

what the difference to be a monk (出家) and not to be a monk, To be a monk you don't have a lot of worried because there nothing to worry about, while common people thy will think of work or the pressure which they get from their companies,job of course a monk must worry for how to improve his dairy practice or cultivation. A monk have to dress the some clothes wethout any attachment but local people day by day they have to change cloths.
